It’s Mind-You-Fest 2023! On Saturday, Jan 7th at 1pm, break bread with us virtually as we set intentions, discuss goal setting routines, and envision our 2023! We will work on our vision boards, answer some prompts, share some grounding techniques to ease into the new year! Can’t wait to see you there!
