Black Women Speak
May 7 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

We’re excited to invite you to Black Women Speak, a monthly community circle created for Black women to pause, reflect, and restore together.
Each gathering offers space to reconnect with yourself and others through honest conversation, shared reflection, and collective care. This circle centers restoration as a practice of reclaiming our time, energy, and wholeness in a world that often asks us to give endlessly.
✨ This Month’s Focus: Do We Have Capacity for Each Other? Friendship, Family & Community in Adulthood
How do we show up for the people we love and what does it mean when we can’t? Together, we’ll explore emotional capacity, reciprocity, and what it really looks like to build connections that are supportive, honest, and sustainable. This conversation invites us to reflect on role strain, shifting expectations, and not just what we need from others but what we have the capacity to give.
