This group is for individuals 18 years and older to better recognize and cope with life’s daily stressors through Western and non-Western therapeutic techniques. The sessions will be centered around processing current life stressors and developing useful coping strategies and skills to improve frustration tolerance. We are looking forward to fostering a calm and supportive space to support your emotional journey.
