This course is ideal for individuals seeking an effective method for relieving stress and promoting healing. It is also suitable for Reiki practitioners looking to refine their skills and deepen their training.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of Reiki, including its role in healing, its traditional history, and the hand positions used during sessions. The course includes lectures, discussions, attunements, meditations, and hands-on exercises in a supportive environment. Each participant will receive the Reiki Level I & II attunements and a detailed class manual.
