For our elders, there are unique challenges and concerns that are present. Feelings of loneliness, isolation, and grief can increase as we age, but how do we know when we need to reach out? We will teach you how to recognize symptoms for anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions so you can support yourself and the elders in your life.
