She has extensive experience in teaching and facilitating parenting classes and youth career development workshops. In addition to providing individual therapy, Erika is the co-facilitator for the “Together we Rise: Co-Parenting to Raise Joyful Humans” co-parenting group at Love and Kindness Wellness Services.
Erika’s therapeutic approach is holistic and utilizes elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions focused, and narrative therapies.
