Introductory Workshop

February 5th, 2024 at 10-11:30 AM

In this introductory workshop, we will be discussing the 4th trimester, what that means, and what it can look like. Through an exploration of postpartum mood disorders that may occur, we will provide in-depth descriptions of symptoms, how to recognize early warning signs, and how to find support for yourself and/or your partner.

5-Session Series

Third Monday of each month at 10-11AM

(2/12/24, 3/18/24, 4/15/24, 5/13/24, and 6/17/23)

Following the introductory workshop, we will hold five monthly small-group sessions to explore the highs and lows of the 4th trimester.
