We’ll explore loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity through guided meditation, mindful movement, walking meditation, and a shared mindful lunch โ all in a warm, welcoming space. No experience needed.
Regular meditation practice can help you manage stress, ease anxiety and depression, and build greater emotional regulation, focus, and self-awareness.
This workshop is open to anyone who wants to live a more fulfilling life โ with less reactivity, more positivity, and deeper relationships.
