Grief is experienced collectively and individually, and can be healed in community. Join us at LK Wellness for discussions and activities that gently encourages us in processing the grief that’s held in our body and mind. We will also be exploring the root causes of grief, and tapping into our ancestral and body’s wisdom to move towards wellness.

Saturday December 2nd 11am – 1pm

This event emphasizes inclusivity, providing small group opportunities specifically tailored for BIPOC, Palestinian &/or South West Asian & North African (SWANA) in Diaspora, Jewish Ancestry, Haitian Creole, and Spanish speakers.

This space is intended for collective mourning and healing; any form of bigotry or intolerance towards individuals of diverse backgrounds—be it Muslims, Jews, Palestinians, Israelis, migrants, or any other group—will not be tolerated, this will be a safe space.

Light refreshments will be provided as we come together for this crucial and nurturing gathering.
