We are currently seeking interns to function in a clinical role within our group practice. The Clinical Intern will work under the guidance and supervision of licensed psychotherapists. Purpose of Position:

Provide clinical treatment and services to clients in an outpatient, private practice setting.

Major Duties:

• Provide individual psychotherapy
• Screen and conduct intake assessments for new clients
• Manage documentation of clinical encounters

Position Qualifications:

• Current Enrollment in a Clinical Masters Program
• Bachelors Degree
• Clinical Experience Maintaining a caseload: 1+ years
• Knowledge of social media platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite (e.g., Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid/virtual team environment
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational experience
• Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards
• Basic Knowledge about principles and practices of Wellness
• Proactive and self-directed
• High energy with positive attitude

Place of Work:

While we do have a physical location and will require clinical interns to show up in person as needed, we have been seeing clients virtually since the pandemic began, and will continue to do so for as long as insurance providers allow. We will continue to manage the on-going threat of COVID-19, and will continue to update / adjust our work from home policies as required.

The Psychotherapist will work closely with the co-founders of the practice and with other members of the team from time to time. A person well suited for this position is pleasant, organized, articulate, responsible, and connects easily with clients. Below is a more detailed overview of the position requirements.

Purpose of Position:

To provide clinical treatment and wellness services to clients and consumers in an outpatient private practice setting. Wellness Services includes the facilitation of groups and workshops. This position is a fee-for-service clinical position, with a minimum requirement of 10 clinical hours per week. The clinician will be provided with bi-weekly individual and group supervision.

Major Duties:

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family therapy (Hybrid)
• Screen and conduct intake assessments for new clients
• Manage documentation of clinical encounters
• Make referral linkages

Position Qualifications:

• LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, Psychologist
• Clinical Experience Maintaining a caseload: 2+ years
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational experience
• Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards
• Knowledge about principles and practices of Wellness
• Proactive and self-directed
• High energy with positive attitude
• Awareness of maternal health issues
• Culturally competent

Time Commitment and Financial Compensation:

• Full time/ Part time flexible schedule
• Compensation ranges from $45 to $50 fee for service
• 60k-65k salaried depending on licensing, years of experience, and training
