RESTORATION: Reclaiming and Recharging the Self
Join us on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 6:30 PM over Zoom for a powerful and supportive gathering where we will explore what it means to restore the mind, body, and spirit in community. Together, we’ll reconnect with practices that ground us, share honest conversation, and nurture our authentic selves.
