This is a powerful, healing workshop for anyone in the Doula profession. Being a Doula for both the birth and death process can be beautiful and empowering while still being emotionally and physically draining. In this workshop you will learn tips and tools to support you through compassion fatigue. We will also explore how you can support both you and your client through the energetic lens. We will be discussing traditional methods, such as taking breaks and breathing but also the chakras, meditaion and more! Suggested donation is $20 but no one will be turned away.
