Wellness Workshops and Events

A six weeks meditation course facilitated by DaRa Williams & Isabel Adon.

MEDITATION

In this course we will explore ways to stay present and connected, harvest the bounty of loving kindness towards ourselves and others, cultivate compassion with a boundless heart, feel joy for others when they are doing well and find balance when feeling overwhelmed and stressed in response to daily life. 
The course will be facilitated by DaRa Williams, who has practiced vipassana meditation for 25 years; and Isabel Adon who has practiced for more than 15 years.

The LK Wellness Financial Wellness Workshop will kick off in January 2021.

The Workshop is designed to be engaging, interactive and digestible, and is broken out by topics applicable to daily life.

Love & Kindness Brings Connections 

Our workshops are a great opportunity to get involved with new activities, be introduced to new ways of thinking and being, and cover a wide range of topics from dealing with stress to money management. We’re currently working with local providers to develop engaging and impactful workshops. Join our mailing list to learn about these workshops as they become available. 

Indigenous Tools For Living

A 6 session series of an integrative therapy workshop exploring indigenous tools for living on how to work and sit with complex trauma without burnout.

In addition to our wellness workshops, we also offer specific educational training on various therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Indigenous Tools For Living –ITFL, a course designed to help clinicians, health care workers, community workers and healers, police officers, and teachers work effectively with trauma and PTSD.

We offer opportunities to obtain CE credits for mental health providers – Social Workers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Nurses, creative Arts Therapists, and Mental Health Counselors.
