Join us at LK Wellness for discussions and activities that gently encourages us in processing the grief that’s held in our body and mind. We will also be exploring the root causes of grief\, and tapping into our ancestral and body’s wisdom to move towards wellness. \nSaturday December 2nd 11am – 1pm \nThis event emphasizes inclusivity\, providing small group opportunities specifically tailored for BIPOC\, Palestinian &/or South West Asian & North African (SWANA) in Diaspora\, Jewish Ancestry\, Haitian Creole\, and Spanish speakers. \nThis space is intended for collective mourning and healing; any form of bigotry or intolerance towards individuals of diverse backgrounds—be it Muslims\, Jews\, Palestinians\, Israelis\, migrants\, or any other group—will not be tolerated\, this will be a safe space. \nLight refreshments will be provided as we come together for this crucial and nurturing gathering. \nJoin us at Love & Kindness Wellness Services 108 Kenilworth Pl.
